Salary Range
Annual Compensation:
Between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience, availability and client load. We offer a structure that rewards growth and encourages long-term success within our team.

Core Duties and Expectations
Hands-On Treatment

Deliver customized, high-quality massage therapy that addresses each client’s specific concerns and health goals.

Adjust treatment methods and pressure based on client preferences, tolerance and medical conditions.

Apply evidence-based techniques to ensure the most effective therapeutic results.
Clinical Assessments

Perform initial evaluations to determine pain sources and musculoskeletal conditions.

Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and recovery timelines.

Monitor progress and adjust techniques as necessary throughout ongoing sessions.
Client Communication

Maintain clear, respectful and empathetic communication with all clients.

Educate clients on self-care, posture correction and exercises to enhance results between sessions.

Encourage feedback and adjust approaches accordingly to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Clinic and Documentation Standards

Keep treatment rooms clean organized and welcoming at all times.

Uphold all sanitation and safety protocols in line with BC Health and CMTBC guidelines.

Accurately document health histories, consent forms, progress notes and post-session records using electronic medical charting software.

Generate progress reports or insurance documentation when required.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Work closely with our physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, kinesiologists and naturopaths to provide well-rounded care.

Participate in team case reviews and joint treatment planning.

Required Credentials

Valid registration with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC) or College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
