Your Role: Helping Tech Talent Find the Right Job Abroad

As a member of our close-knit team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with strong technical backgrounds secure employment in Western Europe. Your primary mission will be to support clients throughout their job-seeking process – from searching for ideal roles that match their profiles to applying for vacancies, communicating with hiring companies and providing continuous guidance and encouragement.

You will be responsible for thoroughly researching available IT job opportunities that fit the background, experience level and career goals of each client. This involves understanding their skill sets, preferences and professional aspirations to identify positions where they’ll thrive. You’ll scour international job boards, tech-focused hiring platforms and company career pages to find the most suitable openings in Germany, Austria and potentially other European tech hubs.

2. Job Applications Made Simple

On behalf of our clients, you’ll handle the entire job application process. This includes preparing and submitting applications through various online portals, customizing cover letters and ensuring every application is tailored to the specific role. You’ll ensure every submission reflects the client’s strengths and aligns with the hiring company’s needs.

3. Client Communication and Support in Two Languages

You’ll maintain regular contact with our clients – offering updates, guidance and motivation. Communication will be conducted in both Russian and English, so fluency in both languages is essential. Clients often need reassurance and clarity, so your role includes being a source of encouragement, practical information and trust.

4. Crafting Strong, Personalized Cover Letters

Each job application is different. You’ll write or refine compelling cover letters that present clients as strong candidates for each specific role. This will involve customizing templates and highlighting the most relevant experience for each position.

5. Reporting Progress and Offering Strategy Recommendations

You’ll keep track of each client’s case using internal systems and provide regular status reports. Based on the application outcomes, you’ll suggest adjustments to the job search strategy, such as targeting different companies, refining the CV or exploring alternative roles.

Who We’re Looking For: Qualifications & Qualities That Matter

We believe that success in this role comes from a combination of professional experience and people skills. If you love working with individuals, excel at solving problems and have a knack for organizing information, you’ll be a natural fit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Background in HR, Recruitment or Client Support
    Ideally, you have at least 1–2 years of experience in human resources, tech recruitment, career coaching or similar fields where you’ve worked directly with candidates or clients.

  • Fluency in Russian and Advanced English Skills (B2–C1)
    Since our client base includes Russian-speaking individuals and you’ll also interact with global employers, you must be comfortable switching between Russian and English both in writing and conversation.

  • Strong Communication and Writing Skills
    Whether you’re crafting messages to employers or guiding clients, your writing should be clear, professional and empathetic. You should be confident in explaining complex ideas simply and effectively.

  • Basic Knowledge of the IT World
    No need to be a programmer, but you should know your way around the IT ecosystem. For instance, understanding the difference between frontend and backend development or knowing that Java and JavaScript are very different.

  • Research Savviness and Eye for Detail
    You’ll be diving into job boards, LinkedIn profiles and company websites daily. Being detail-oriented and organized is essential to ensure no opportunity is missed and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Tech Proficiency: Google Docs, LinkedIn, Job Portals
    Familiarity with digital tools like Google Drive, online form submissions, Excel/Sheets and recruitment platforms will make your workflow much smoother.
