  • Supporting Global Compliance Monitoring: Collaborate actively within the Global Compliance Monitoring governance structure and work cross-functionally with other compliance groups to implement a risk-sensitive monitoring agenda.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management

Your ability to connect with others and build meaningful professional relationships will play a crucial role in this job. You’ll work hand-in-hand with different business units and departments to reinforce compliance practices.

  • Strategic Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the compliance team and various business segments, ensuring that risk mitigation and control enhancement initiatives are effectively implemented across the board.

  • Providing Expert Advice: Offer well-informed guidance to different internal groups on a wide range of compliance-related matters. Be the go-to person for operational risk questions.

  • Nurturing Accountability: Create an environment where compliance is a shared responsibility. Build relationships based on trust, accountability and mutual respect that strengthen company-wide compliance culture.

3. Reporting and Continuous Improvement

This component of your role focuses on leveraging your findings to create transparency and promote continuous evolution within our systems.

  • Delivering High-Impact Reports: Prepare in-depth reports and compelling presentations that communicate audit outcomes, insights and recommended action steps to senior stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives by clearly documenting assessments, lessons learned and examples of best practices for others to follow.
